My First Baby is led by Karen McDonald, MSN, APRN, FNP-C-- a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of nursing experience, including more than two decades in high-risk neonatal care.

As a NICU nurse, Karen recognized that many parents leave the hospital without the hands-on guidance needed for everyday newborn care. Even healthy newborn families often lack practical instruction once they return home.

My First Baby was created to bridge that gap -- offering essential newborn safety education, CPR instruction, car seat guidance, and personalized support during the early weeks at home.

Our mission is simple: to help families feel confident, prepared, and supported as they transition into parenthood.
